House cleaning in Toronto, priced before we knock
The clean most Toronto households actually need: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dust and surfaces, done properly on a schedule you set. Weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or one time.
A standard clean is the backbone of what we do. It assumes your home is already in reasonable shape and keeps it that way. Counters cleared and wiped, sinks and taps descaled, toilets and tubs scrubbed, floors vacuumed and washed, surfaces dusted top to bottom, beds made, bins emptied.
What it is not is a rescue mission. If nobody has cleaned behind the stove since you moved in, or there is soap scum you have stopped noticing, the first visit should be a deep clean. After that, a standard clean holds the line.
The same standard, every visit
Most complaints about Toronto cleaning companies come down to one thing: a different person shows up each time and nothing is consistent. We keep the same cleaner on your home wherever the schedule allows, because someone who already knows your place works faster and better.
We will not promise it never changes. Illness and holidays happen. What does not change is the file on your home: that the kettle lives on the left, that the guest room is off limits, that the cat bolts for the door. Whoever arrives has read it and works the same published checklist, so the result is the same either way.
One flat price, no hourly meter
Hourly pricing punishes you for having a clean home and rewards a slow cleaner. We quote a flat price based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, and that price is locked before the team arrives. If the job takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem, not your invoice.
The one exception is honest: if the home is significantly different from what you described when booking, we call you before starting, not after.
What a standard clean covers, room by room
In the kitchen: counters cleared and wiped, sink and taps descaled, hob and splashback degreased, the outside of every appliance, the microwave inside and out, cupboard fronts spot-cleaned, bin emptied and the floor washed last so nothing tracks back over it.
In bathrooms: toilet inside, outside and around the base, shower and tub scrubbed, glass and mirrors polished, sink and taps descaled, chrome dried so it does not spot, floor washed. Bathrooms take longer than any other room per square foot, which is why they carry the most weight in the price.
Everywhere else: surfaces dusted from high to low, skirting spot-checked, mirrors and glass, light switches and door handles, beds made or changed if you leave fresh linen out, floors vacuumed then washed. We work top to bottom and finish on the floors, because doing it the other way round means cleaning them twice.

How long it takes
A one bedroom condo is usually two to three hours for one cleaner. A three bedroom house is three to five. A large home with four or more bedrooms is often a two-person visit so it still finishes inside a working day.
Those are the honest numbers rather than the flattering ones. Any company telling you a four bedroom house takes ninety minutes is describing a tidy, not a clean. Because we quote flat rather than hourly, the duration is our scheduling problem and not something you pay for.
What we need from you
Very little, and none of it is cleaning. Clear surfaces help most: a counter with twelve things on it takes three times longer than an empty one, because everything gets lifted, wiped under, and put back. If you would rather we did not move something, say so and we will clean around it.
Beyond that, tell us about access once and we record it, flag anything fragile or off limits, and let us know if there are pets so the right person is assigned. We bring all supplies and equipment, so there is nothing for you to buy or store.
When a standard clean is the wrong choice
If the home has not been cleaned thoroughly in six months or more, a standard clean will not get you where you want to be, and we would rather say that now than have you disappointed on the day. Buildup on shower glass, grease film behind the hob and dust on top of door frames are not on the standard list, so more care will not reach them. That first visit should be a deep clean, after which standard visits hold it.
If you are moving, you want move in or move out cleaning, which goes inside every cupboard and assumes an empty home. If the dust is from construction, you want post-renovation cleaning, because fine drywall dust resettles for days and needs multiple passes.

How much does house cleaning cost in Toronto?
For a standard clean, most Toronto condos land between $159 and $250, and most houses between $250 and $400, depending on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Recurring visits take 10–20% off. Our calculator gives you the exact number in about 30 seconds, with no email required.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, and most of our recurring customers are not. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, a fob and buzzer instructions, or arrange concierge access if you are in a condo. Whatever access method you choose is recorded on your file so you only explain it once.
How long does a standard clean take?
A one-bedroom condo is typically 2 to 3 hours for one cleaner. A three-bedroom house is usually 3 to 5 hours, or roughly half that with a team of two. Because we price flat rather than hourly, the duration is our concern rather than yours.
What is not included in a standard clean?
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, inside cabinets and laundry are add-ons rather than defaults, because most homes do not need them every visit. We also do not do exterior windows above ground level, mould remediation, pest work, or move heavy furniture.
How often should I book a house cleaning?
Every two weeks suits most Toronto households and is what the majority of our customers choose. Weekly makes sense with pets, small children, or a home that gets heavy use. Monthly works for a tidy household of one or two, though a monthly home does drift further between visits, so expect each one to be a slightly bigger job.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and vacuum?
Yes, everything. Products, cloths, mops and vacuum all come with us, and it is included in the price. If you would prefer we use something specific of your own, leave it out with a note and we will use that instead.
Can I skip or reschedule a recurring clean?
Yes. Give us 24 hours and there is no charge and no argument. Your recurring price and your discount stay exactly as they were, so skipping a visit while you are away does not reset anything.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. That is the whole policy. We would rather fix it than debate it, and it is faster for everyone than a refund conversation.
