The fine print, in plain words

What could change your price

01

The home is not what was described

If you book a two-bedroom and we arrive at a four-bedroom, we call you before starting rather than adjusting the invoice afterwards.

02

Late cancellation or lockout

Free to reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Inside that, or if we cannot get in, it is 50%, because the slot was held and the day is gone.

03

You add something on the day

Want the oven done while we are there? We will tell you the price before we start it, never after.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much does house cleaning cost in Toronto?

Most Toronto condos land between $159 and $250 for a standard clean, and most houses between $250 and $400, depending on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Deep cleans run about 1.5 times that, and move-out cleans about 1.65 times. Booking recurring visits takes 10–20% off every clean. The calculator on this page gives you the exact figure in about 30 seconds without asking for your email first.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. We quote flat, not hourly, and the price is locked before the team arrives. If a job takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem rather than your invoice. The only time you would hear from us about price is if the home is materially different from what was described at booking, and we call before starting rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.

Is there tax on top of these prices?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There is nothing added at checkout and nothing added on the invoice, so the $159 figure is the whole cost of the clean.

Do you charge more for the first clean?

We do not add a surcharge, but we usually recommend that a first visit is a deep clean if it has been more than three months since a professional clean. That costs about 1.5 times a standard clean because it genuinely takes about 1.5 times as long. After that, standard cleans hold the line.

Do you offer hourly cleaning instead?

We can, at $59 per cleaner, per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and it occasionally makes sense for odd jobs that do not fit a whole-home clean. For an actual house or condo clean, flat pricing is better for you: you know the number in advance and you are not paying for a slow day.

Are there any fees you have not listed?

No. There is no travel fee, no supplies fee, no fuel surcharge and no booking fee. The only additional charges that exist are the late-cancellation charge of 50% inside 24 hours, and the add-ons on this page, which you choose yourself.
