An hourly rate means a tidy home subsidises a slow cleaner, and you find out what it cost after the fact. We quote a flat price from your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, and lock it before the team arrives. If we misjudge the time, that is our margin, not your invoice.

Consistency comes from the notes, not luck

The most common complaint about cleaning companies in this city is that a different person turns up each visit and nothing is ever consistent. We keep the same person on your home wherever the schedule allows, and we will not pretend that is always possible. What is always true is that your home has a file: your access, your preferences, the cat that bolts for the door, the room that is off limits. Whoever arrives has read it and works the same published checklist.

Things we will tell you honestly

We will tell you when a deep clean is a waste of money, when your grout is stained rather than dirty, when the mould in your bathroom is a moisture problem for a remediation contractor rather than something a cleaner should be attacking, and when the job you are describing is not one we are the right company for.

And if a clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge.
